ODF Series industrial automatic vertical balancing machines are equipped with automatic milling unit and designed for balancing of automotive brake disc, train brake disc, rail wheel, drum, drum brake, differential case, tube yoke, pump impeller, pump impeller, clutch components etc. These machines are suitable for serial production, and serving the customers fast, practical balancing solutions. Loading / unloading of the part can be done by the operator or by a robot system, automatic robot system is optional. The clamping of the part, unbalance measurement and balance correction by milling unit is done automatically.
